Fantastic staff, patient and helpful. On Christmas Day there was not a restaurant open in the town including at this hotel but the staff made us cheese sandwiches to keep us alive. Allowed us late checkout for a reasonable fee. Room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Great shower.

The room was excellent - spacious, well fitted out, clean, a real pleasure to stay in. Reception staff were very helpful. Having a secure car park at no cost was great, though it was the tightest I've ever met (10-point turns required). Having a big balcony with good views was a bonus.

The room was excellent, spacious, well laid out, with everything you'd want, eg desk, fridge. Bathroom was very good. Enjoyed having a roomy balcony and great views. Desk staff and some dining staff were great. Car park was handy, but extremely tight (10 pt turn required).

This hotel was fantastic. The room and common areas were impeccable! Rooms are comfortable for 2 people, really nice bathroom and beds. The view from the top floors is great. The staff was very friendly. Overall great place.
